⚖️ WarriorHub – Terms of Service

Welcome to WarriorHub. By accessing or using our platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description

WarriorHub is a web-based SaaS platform operated by Einzelfirma Kleomenis Toumpanos in Switzerland, designed to help martial arts schools (dojos) manage students, training, payments, and operations.

Core features include:

  • Student and dojo management tools
  • Training and belt progression tracking
  • Payment processing via Stripe
  • Communication and reporting features

2. Eligibility

To use WarriorHub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent if under 18).
  • Have the authority to bind your dojo, organization, or yourself to these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • WarriorHub is not liable for unauthorized access caused by failure to secure credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • WarriorHub is provided on a subscription basis.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice; existing subscribers will be informed in advance.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Upload or distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share accounts or sublicense the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

  • WarriorHub retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform.
  • Martial arts content (belt systems, training methods) uploaded by dojo administrators remains their property.

7. Data & Privacy

  • Data is processed and stored securely via Supabase and hosted on Vercel.
  • Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
  • Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Downtime may occur due to maintenance, security updates, or third-party provider issues (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel).
  • WarriorHub is not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but certain data may be retained as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WarriorHub, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
