The information provided on WarriorHub (the “Platform”) is for general informational and management purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, WarriorHub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform, or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
1. No Professional or Legal Liability
WarriorHub is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform intended to assist martial arts schools with administration, student management, and digital record-keeping. It does not replace professional legal, financial, or educational advice. The owners and developers of WarriorHub shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising out of the use or misuse of the Platform.
2. Third-Party Services
WarriorHub integrates with trusted third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)
- Stripe (payment processing and subscription management)
- Vercel (cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure)
These third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal frameworks. WarriorHub does not control and is not responsible for their practices, data handling, service interruptions, or potential outages.
3. Data Storage & Security
All user and dojo data is securely stored in Supabase-managed cloud infrastructure, with access restrictions enforced through role-based permissions and row-level security (RLS). Hosting and delivery of the Platform is provided by Vercel’s global infrastructure.
While we take strong measures to protect user data, WarriorHub cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted via the internet. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and account access.
4. Payments & Financial Transactions
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-standard payment gateway. WarriorHub does not store sensitive payment details (e.g., credit card numbers). Any disputes related to payments, chargebacks, or refunds are handled according to Stripe’s policies and the dojo’s terms of service.
5. Availability of Service
WarriorHub makes no guarantees that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from defects. Hosting is provided by Vercel, and outages or downtime may occur outside of WarriorHub’s control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.
6. User Responsibility
By using WarriorHub, you agree that:
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you provide.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR and data protection laws).
- You understand that your data may be processed by third-party providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) on our behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarriorHub, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
8. Updates
This Disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
