2. How We Use Your Data

We process data only for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Providing platform services (user accounts, training management, payments).
  • Ensuring secure authentication and access management.
  • Delivering notifications, updates, and important service information.
  • Processing payments and subscriptions via Stripe.
  • Improving performance and functionality of the Platform (via Vercel hosting and Supabase backend).
  • Complying with legal obligations.

We never sell or share personal data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored in Supabase’s cloud infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) and access controls.
  • Hosting is managed by Vercel, ensuring high availability and encrypted data transfer (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Sensitive payment data is processed only by Stripe and never touches our servers.
  • Backups are taken regularly to ensure recovery in case of system failure.

While we use industry-standard security practices, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

  • Contractual necessity (to provide you access to WarriorHub services).
  • Legitimate interests (to improve and secure our platform).
  • Legal compliance (financial regulations, fraud prevention).

We only share data with trusted third parties essential to the operation of WarriorHub:

  • Supabase – database, authentication, and storage.
  • Stripe – payment processing.
  • Vercel – hosting and deployment.

WarriorHub is intended for martial arts dojos and students under adult supervision. Parents or guardians must provide consent for children under 16 years old to use the Platform.
