  • Payment Data: Payment history and subscription details (processed securely via Stripe – we never store card details).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device details, and access logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data only for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Providing platform services (user accounts, training management, payments).
  • Ensuring secure authentication and access management.
  • Delivering notifications, updates, and important service information.
  • Processing payments and subscriptions via Stripe.
  • Improving performance and functionality (via Vercel hosting and Supabase backend).
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored securely in Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) and access controls.
  • Hosting is managed by Vercel, ensuring encrypted transfer (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Sensitive payment data is processed only by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
  • Regular backups are maintained for disaster recovery.

⚠️ While we use industry-standard practices, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity (to provide services).
  • Legitimate interests (to improve and secure the platform).
  • Legal compliance (financial regulations, fraud prevention).
  • Consent, where explicitly provided (e.g., newsletters or optional communications).

We only share data with trusted providers necessary for the operation of WarriorHub:

  • Supabase – database, authentication, and storage.
  • Stripe – payment processing.
  • Vercel – hosting and deployment.

All providers comply with GDPR, Swiss DPA, and international data protection standards.

Your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. We ensure all transfers comply with GDPR safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).

WarriorHub is designed for martial arts dojos and students under adult supervision.
